J.A.D.E Personal Assistants Pty Ltd is a West Australian owned Company that offers a First Class P.A. Service for Mortgage Brokers. We are a team of 4 Personal Assistants, that are all dedicated to help you in your business.

Our specialised implemented processes and systems ensure we understand how you want your business run effectively and efficiently.

J.A.D.E Personal Assistants offer two options:

	We track your client’s application from when you submit the application to the Lender and then we oversee all aspects of the application through to settlement.
	We enter the application into your system, submit the application to the Lender and then we oversee all aspects of the application through to settlement.

When we track a file, we will manage all your client’s expectations and questions also allowing you to stay in contact with your client, maintaining your relationship. When you receive updates or notifications from the lender you can email them to us and we will follow up any outstanding information required direct with the client all the way through to settlement.

Alison Euphemie

Alison Euphemie is the Managing Director of J.A.D.E Personal Assistance Pty Ltd, the company commenced in March 2013.
Alison has several years’ experience in the Property/Finance Industry. In 2002 she started at Sheffield Estates as a Property Manager, managing over 150 residential properties. This included anything from following up rental payments to inspections, liaising with owners and tenants.
Alison then moved onto Quick Services Restaurant Holdings Pty Ltd, where she spent five years as a National Leasing and Franchise Administrator, assisting the legal team with Leases & Franchises, ensuring options on leases were exercised on time and expired leases renewed, while also co-ordinating the sale of Company & Franchise stores, from ensuring all the legal documents were in order to ensuring the store opened on time.
Alison’s role within JADE PA is not only the daily run of a busy business and marketing for new Brokers but she also is responsible for her own brokers that she PA’s for.
Alison is able to enter your application into your system, submit the application to the Lender and then take over looking after all aspects of the application through to settlement.
She is a dedicated team member and an asset to any business requiring a high level of support/client management.
